Job Summary
We seek a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our growing SaaS AI company into the future. As our CTO, you will develop and execute a cutting-edge technology strategy that will drive innovation and growth. You will also be responsible for managing our team of talented engineers and ensuring that our products and services are world-class.
Designed specifically for industry, these specialized AI agents’ RAG systems represent a significant leap forward. Like in the ERP software industry, which became very brittle software, is occurring in the CRM and marketing automation platforms today. They combine AI Collaboration, Metacognition, Specialized Agents, and Neuro-Symbolic Reasoning to achieve next-level intelligence. This unique architecture allows AI to operate with enhanced self-awareness, specialized skillsets, and human-like reasoning, transforming how marketing teams achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business strategy.
- Lead a team of engineers in developing innovative and high-quality AI-powered SaaS products.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can be used to improve our products and services.
- Manage the company’s technology infrastructure and ensure it is secure, scalable, and reliable.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the engineering team.
- Represent the company to the technical community and speak at industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in software development and engineering
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies
- Experience with cloud computing and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
