Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business strategy.
• Lead a team of engineers in developing innovative and high-quality AI-powered SaaS products.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can be used to improve our products and services.
• Manage the company’s technology infrastructure and ensure it is secure, scalable, and reliable.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the engineering team.
• Represent the company to the technical community and speak at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in software development and engineering
• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies
• Experience with cloud computing and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
