As a Senior Product Manager for AIProdPad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI infrastructure platform. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and for leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative and impactful products that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Developed and led the product strategy for AIProdPad, ensuring that it aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and user analysis to identify and understand customer needs and pain points.
• Define and prioritize product requirements and features, ensuring they align with the product vision and roadmap.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to market successfully.
• Manage and mentor product managers on the AIProdPad team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Track product performance and continuously gather user feedback to improve products and features.
• Stay current on AI and machine learning trends and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies into AIProdPad.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated track record of success in developing and launching innovative products that meet customer needs.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and how they can be applied to real-world problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor product managers and create a high-performing product team.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
