All data processed by MatrixLabX deployments remains within the Google Cloud Platform security perimeter. We implement SOC 2 Type II controls, end-to-end encryption, and zero-trust access policies. Enterprise client data is subject to the terms specified in the applicable service agreement.
4. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@matrixlabx.com. We will respond within 30 days.
5. GDPR Compliance
For individuals in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing is legitimate interests or consent. You may withdraw consent at any time. We conduct data protection impact assessments for high-risk processing activities.
