PrescientIQ™ Managed Revenue Operations is a done-for-you service from MatrixLabX. A named MatrixLabX operator runs PrescientIQ's four governed AI workers — prospecting, outbound, trial conversion, and expansion — for your team. Every action is pre-reviewed by the operator, authorized by your named approver or your standing policy, and written to an immutable audit ledger. Pricing is published, from $8,999 a month, with no seats.

Your team can see the signals. Nobody has the hours to act on them.

The intent spike, the stalled trial, and the drop in seat utilization are all visible in a dashboard somewhere. The leak is capacity: between a scored account and the first message, between a signup and the value event, between a healthy quarter and a renewal nobody prepared for.

You have already tried the usual fixes. SDRs take months to ramp and leave inside two years.1 Agencies lock you into 3–12 month terms.2 AI SDR tools send without review and put your domain at risk. Platforms, including ours, still need someone to run them.

Digital workers execute. MatrixLabX operators run them. Your team authorizes.

  1. 1

    Signal

Scout scores ICP-fit accounts on deterministic code. Guide and Steward watch trial and usage telemetry.

  2. 2

    Draft

Herald, Guide, or Steward prepares the action, grounded in the dated signal that triggered it.

  3. 3

    Operator pre-review

Your named MatrixLabX Revenue Operator edits, rejects with a retrain reason, or passes it on.

  4. 4

    Your authorization

A named person on your team approves it (human-in-the-loop), or, for action classes you place under a signed standing policy, it runs within that policy (human-on-the-loop). Outbound messages from Herald and Guide are held for a named person's approval.

  5. 5

    Ledger

Marshal writes the action, rationale, operator, and approver to the immutable audit ledger. You review it weekly.

Delegated authorization is optional and in writing. You can name your MatrixLabX operator as approver for specific low-risk action classes under a signed delegation policy. You can revoke it at any time. It is never the default.

Human-in-the-loop (HITL). The action is drafted and held. It does not execute until a named person on your team approves it.

Human-on-the-loop (HOTL). The action executes under a standing policy your team sets. A named person supervises and keeps intervention, override, and revocation authority.

Your team chooses the mode for each action class, based on its risk tolerance, and can change it at any time.

Every action, in either mode, is recorded to the audit ledger with its rationale, before-and-after state, and the approver or policy behind it.

Every action class starts in human-in-the-loop until your team changes it.

PrescientIQ console, Herald drafts: eight sample outbound email drafts, each showing the recipient, a subject and body, and View and Edit Draft, Approve and Send, and Reject buttons.
Herald · Outbound Engagement Rep. Herald's drafts, each written for an account Scout flagged. In human-in-the-loop, a draft holds here until someone on your team edits, approves, or rejects it.
PrescientIQ console, Marshal ledger: six sample entries for sent and rejected Guide and Herald actions and one system event, each with the approver, a log hash and a timestamp, and an Export Ledger to CSV button.
Marshal · Revenue Operations Coordinator. Marshal's ledger. Every approval, edit, and rejection is recorded with the approver, a log hash and a timestamp, and the ledger exports to CSV for your security or compliance team.

Screens show a demo workspace with sample data. The companies and addresses are fictional.

Frequently asked questions

What is managed revenue operations?
A done-for-you service in which MatrixLabX operators run PrescientIQ's governed AI workers for your revenue team. They tune targeting, pre-review every action, and report weekly from the audit ledger. Your team keeps authorization.
Is this a replacement for PrescientIQ?
No. Managed Revenue Operations runs on PrescientIQ. Every managed plan includes a PrescientIQ platform subscription at its published price. If you have the team to run it yourself, Sales Accelerator and Revenue Accelerator stay available self-run.
Do messages send without my team seeing them?
No. PrescientIQ holds every outbound message from Herald and Guide in the approval queue. Your MatrixLabX operator pre-reviews it, and a named person on your team approves it before it sends. Every action class starts in human-in-the-loop, and every action is written to the audit ledger.
Do you guarantee meetings or pipeline?
No. We commit to what we control: operator review times, weekly reporting, and deliverability response, with service credits if we miss. If you want shared risk, the performance-indexed option ties part of the fee to sales-accepted opportunities.
How is this priced?
From $8,999 a month for Pipeline Crew, $24,000 for Revenue Crew, and $34,500 for Revenue Command. Each is the published platform fee plus a managed-service fee. No seats, unlimited approvers.
What is the contract?
An annual agreement billed monthly, net 30, with a right to exit at day 90 on 15 days' notice.
What do we need before starting?
Salesforce or HubSpot, an authenticated sending domain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, written suppression and frequency rules, and a named approver for each human-in-the-loop action class.
How do we start?
Request the free Autonomous Audit Report. A solution architect models your funnel on your own CRM data, read-only, and returns a priced managed proposal.
