These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MatrixLabX services. Please read carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MatrixLabX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Services
MatrixLabX provides autonomous AI agent deployment services including PrescientIQ™, the Revenue Accelerator Stack, Compliance Shield, and Generative Growth Engine. Service specifications are defined in individual enterprise service agreements.
3. Enterprise Service Agreements
All MatrixLabX deployments are governed by annual enterprise service agreements specifying scope, SLA (99.8% uptime), pricing based on workflow volume, and Context Ingestion fees. Enterprise agreements supersede these terms where conflicts exist.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MatrixLabX services only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer our AI models, share access credentials with unauthorized parties, or use our services to compete with MatrixLabX without written consent.
5. Data and Confidentiality
MatrixLabX treats all client data as confidential. We do not use client data to train public AI models. All processing occurs within the Google Cloud Platform security perimeter. Client data remains client property.
6. Intellectual Property
MatrixLabX retains all rights to PrescientIQ™, agent architectures, and proprietary methodologies. Clients retain all rights to their own data and content processed through our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
MatrixLabX liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by New York law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY under AAA rules. Enterprise service agreement dispute terms supersede this provision.
