Frequently asked questions
- Is the price per seat?
- No. MatrixLabX Managed Revenue Operations is never priced per seat. Each tier is a flat monthly price: the published PrescientIQ platform fee plus a managed-service fee. Approvers are unlimited, so adding people to your approval queue never changes the invoice.
- What is a sales-accepted opportunity?
- In MatrixLabX Managed Revenue Operations, a sales-accepted opportunity (SAO) is defined this way: An opportunity your AE accepts in your CRM, traced in the audit ledger to the workflow that produced it. SAOs count only toward the optional performance-indexed fee, which is available on Pipeline Crew and Revenue Crew.
- Can we start self-run and move to managed later?
- Yes. MatrixLabX Managed Revenue Operations runs on the same PrescientIQ platform at the same published price, so a team that starts on self-run Sales Accelerator or Revenue Accelerator can add management later. The difference is the managed-service fee and the MatrixLabX operating team that comes with it.
- What happens if we exceed the platform's usage?
- It depends on the PrescientIQ platform under your tier. On Pipeline Crew, Sales Accelerator pauses new executions until the next cycle or an upgrade, and your MatrixLabX operator flags it before that point. On Revenue Crew and Revenue Command, Revenue Accelerator overage bills at the contracted rate.
- Do you discount the platform?
- No. The PrescientIQ platform price inside every MatrixLabX managed tier is the same one on the self-run pricing pages, and it never changes when you add management. Discounts, including the annual prepay discount and the agency switch credit, apply only to the managed-service component.
- What is the agency switch credit?
- The agency switch credit is for companies leaving an outsourced SDR contract for MatrixLabX Managed Revenue Operations. Month one of the managed-service component is billed at 50%, and the PrescientIQ platform fee is unchanged. Eligibility is confirmed during your free Autonomous Audit Report.
