Who approves what

Every flag lands in a severity tier, and each tier is an action class your compliance team assigns to a governance mode. High-tier intercepts are designed to run human-in-the-loop; low and medium tiers run under a standing policy.

Human-in-the-loop (HITL). The action is drafted and held. It does not execute until a named person on your team approves it.

Human-on-the-loop (HOTL). The action executes under a standing policy your team sets. A named person supervises and keeps intervention, override, and revocation authority.

Your team chooses the mode for each action class, based on its risk tolerance, and can change it at any time.

Every action, in either mode, is recorded to the audit ledger with its rationale, before-and-after state, and the approver or policy behind it.

Every action class starts in human-in-the-loop until your team changes it.

PrescientIQ is hosted and operated by MatrixLabX on Google Cloud. SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS attestations are held by Google Cloud, which operates the underlying infrastructure. They are not MatrixLabX certifications. MatrixLabX application-layer SOC 2 is in progress.

What does the implementation fee cover?
The work of turning your manual into a rules engine: parsing and indexing your compliance documents, connecting the channels and systems you choose to monitor through their enterprise APIs, configuring the three severity tiers and their governance modes with your compliance team, and tuning against your own historical data so the first weeks are not spent clearing false positives. It is invoiced once, at signature.
Why an annual commitment if billing is monthly?
Compliance is a long-term enterprise commitment, not a month-to-month subscription. The platform fee and seat licensing are billed monthly for cash-flow reasons, but the term is annual and monthly billing does not shorten it.
What counts as a monitored user?
An employee whose communications in the connected channels are scanned and tiered by the Compliance Monitoring Agent. Seats are invoiced on actual monitored headcount each month, so the count moves with your organization rather than with the size of your compliance team.
What happens in a high-volume period, like quarter end?
Seat licensing includes fair-use API thresholds per user. Sustained high-volume events are handled under contracted terms agreed at signature, not as surprise invoices.
Is audit preparation an extra charge?
No. Audit preparation on demand is included: the Auditor Agent compiles dossiers from the ledger it already keeps.
How does this relate to Revenue Accelerator pricing?
They are separate products with separate structures. The Revenue Accelerator is a single flat annual platform fee with no implementation charge; Compliance Shield is a one-time implementation fee plus an annual platform fee and per-seat licensing. Neither price changes the other.
