BURLINGTON, VT — August 4, 2026 — MatrixLabX today opened the design-partner program for Compliance Shield, the second solution bundle on its PrescientIQ™ governed-agent platform. Compliance Shield ingests an organization’s own compliance manual and deploys four coordinated AI agents that monitor regulated communications and operational data in real time — flagging, escalating, and quarantining potential violations under a required human approval step, with every action written to an immutable audit ledger.
Compliance Shield does not fix your data. It stops decayed data from becoming a regulatory event, and makes every field write provable.
Where the Revenue Accelerator bundle applies governed digital labor to revenue operations, Compliance Shield applies the same governance model to regulatory operations: agents execute, humans approve. No disciplinary action, external report, or policy change is taken by an agent alone.
Regulated firms run compliance on two things that do not scale: a static PDF manual, and humans sampling a fraction of what the organization actually says and does. Since December 2021, U.S. securities regulators have levied more than $2.2 billion in penalties against over 100 firms for failures to preserve off-channel business communications.
