Managed outbound for SaaS, with every message approved before it sends

MatrixLabX runs PrescientIQ's Scout and Herald workers as a managed outbound lane. Scout scores ICP-fit accounts from licensed intent and firmographic signals on deterministic code. Herald drafts outreach grounded in each account's dated trigger. Your operator pre-reviews every draft, and your named approver authorizes it before it sends.

The signal → the work → what you control

Scout · Pipeline Research Analyst

The signal
Licensed intent data, firmographics, and CRM activity on accounts that match your ideal customer profile.
The work
Scores each account on deterministic code, so identical inputs produce identical scores, and hands qualified accounts to Herald with the signal that qualified them.
What you control
Your ICP definition, scoring thresholds, and named-account exclusions. Your operator tunes them with you in the weekly review.

Herald · Outbound Engagement Rep

The signal
A qualified account from Scout, carrying the dated trigger that qualified it.
The work
Drafts multi-channel outreach grounded in that trigger, with the reasoning behind each draft captured beside it.
What you control
Every draft is held in the approval queue. Your operator pre-reviews it, and a named person on your team approves it before it sends.

What your operator does every week

  1. Reviews Scout's scored queue and adjusts thresholds against last week's accepted and rejected accounts.
  2. Pre-reviews every queued Herald draft within your tier's service level: edits it, rejects it with a retrain reason, or passes it to your approver.
  3. Checks domain health, bounce and complaint rates, and your suppression and frequency rules.
  4. Logs every rejection with its reason, so the next week's drafts reflect what your approvers changed.
  5. Sends the Monday ledger report: drafts prepared, approved, edited, and rejected, and the opportunities your AEs accepted.
PrescientIQ console, Scout queue: a table of fourteen sample target accounts, each with a company name, a contact email, a match score, and Approve to Herald or Reject and Retrain buttons.
Scout · Pipeline Research Analyst. Scout's queue lists target accounts surfaced from your HubSpot data, each with a match score. Approve an account to hand it to Herald for drafting, or reject it.
PrescientIQ console, Herald drafts: eight sample outbound email drafts, each showing the recipient, a subject and body, and View and Edit Draft, Approve and Send, and Reject buttons.
Herald · Outbound Engagement Rep. Herald's drafts, each written for an account Scout flagged. In human-in-the-loop, a draft holds here until someone on your team edits, approves, or rejects it.

Frequently asked questions

What is managed outbound?
Managed outbound is a MatrixLabX service in which a named operator runs PrescientIQ's Scout and Herald workers for your team. Scout finds and scores ICP-fit accounts, Herald drafts outreach grounded in each account's trigger, and your operator pre-reviews every draft before your approver sees it.
Who approves outbound messages before they send?
A named person on your team. In MatrixLabX managed outbound, every Herald draft is held in the PrescientIQ approval queue. Your MatrixLabX operator pre-reviews it first, then your named approver approves, edits, or rejects it. Every decision is written to the immutable audit ledger with the approver's name.
Where does the intent data come from?
PrescientIQ reads licensed intent-data providers such as G2 and Bombora, alongside your CRM records and firmographics. In MatrixLabX managed outbound, intent data is either licensed by you or passed through at cost with no markup, so you always know what the data line costs.
Does managed outbound include cold calling or SMS?
No. MatrixLabX managed outbound covers email-based outreach drafted by Herald and approved by your team. Telephony and SMS are not included, and neither is closing or account-executive work. If live cold calling is your main need, an outsourced SDR agency with phone reps may fit better.
How much does managed outbound cost?
MatrixLabX managed outbound is included in Pipeline Crew at $8,999 a month, which covers one motion lane, and in every Revenue Crew and Revenue Command plan. Each price is the published PrescientIQ platform fee plus a managed-service fee, with no seats and an exit right at day 90.
